Today we made recordings of ourselves and said our pepeha and we are gonna to put it too music 

Girls group flower arrangement.

This week we we made up beautiful bunches of flowers for our staff and parents at home.  The building smelled lovely with all of the flowers we used.

Here we are making our dough for our ninja bread decorations that will go on our Xmas tree the boys are going to be icing them so that should be interesting to see what they come up with.

Superhero!

Was really cool having a disco today the theme was superhero. Can't wait for the next disco

Mataatua marae

On Tuesday we went to Whakatane to Mataatua marae.  I loved the lazer light show we got to see in the wharenui.

Nervous tension before we take the stage

Yesterday we had our performance of the song titanium for XFactor which saw us take out the trophy as best act it was a lot of fun :)

We went to the flower wholesale warehouse it was huge and they are the only one in the tauranga region.

Girls Group outing

We had a great girls day out today, he highlight for me was a ride on the golf cart

Here we are making our super hero masks for our super Heros disco I have decided I would like to come as Harry potter

Here we are in David's music therapy group and we are trying to create some relaxation music to use for sensory

Friday lunch

This is our Friday lunch crew this week we made potatoe fritters and Japanese salad for lunch

Lifeskills obstacle course

We had a team challenge on Monday morning we had to go an obstacle course but the twist was we had to do blindfolded it was awesome and I completed it Susin

My rock star debut

David bought his electric guitar for music therapy and I was around to have a go .... It was quite loud and Cherene took the glamour photos of us

Today we had our final soccer practice before tomorrow's big game against greerton

We went to bay court to have a look at some old fashioned embroidery there was a display of an old quit made the Elms in the 1800 s it was very valuable in this photo we are with one of my staffs mum she is the president of the embroidery club in tauranga

This week we made fondant decorations for girls group to go on any future cake making we may do

Sports outing

This week we had an outing to waipuna park it was a nice day for a walk outside in the sun

Wilrose day

We had an interesting life skills session this week it tested our powers of observation I discovered my memory isn't that bad after all :-)

Out to the park

We went out to waipuna park this morning, we had a nice walk around the park, and played a bit of cricket to. It was great to get out and get some sunshine.

Te Puia Trip

We got to go Te Puia in Rotorua on Tuesday it was a great day

Last week in girls groups, us girls were all lucky enough to be able to experience having a make over. We each had our hair and make up done, and then took some really cool photos at the end. I really enjoyed it!!
