Fried Rice

Today in cooking we made fried rice. We got all the ingredients out before we began. We boiled the rice and then went out into the garden to forage for veggies. We found silver beat, Bon cho and spring opinions  and some parsley and chives. We beat the egg and added all the ingredients to the frying pan. It smelled wonderful! We all ate it together and enjoyed it! Healthy, fresh, yum!!!
