Mothers day

We made these flowers for Mother's Day, which we are celebrating today and are having an afternoon tea for all our wonderful Mothers.

I loved camp I went horse trekking swimming in the hot pools had a bonfire watched fire poi stayed up past my bedtime I can't wait to do it all again sue 

Girls group craft

We made some special gifts for some special people last week unfortunately that is all I can say otherwise it would ruin the surprise 

Music Therapy Group

Here we are making and recording some guitar sounds with David last week apparently we sounded pretty good just putting together some interesting sounds for music therapy

Organising our gate pa map

This week we have started work on our gate pa map for Maori culture we are also doing a family tree which is interesting looking at our family history.

The Red Cross Appeal

Last Wednesday Wendy,myself and our support staff went to 13th Ave Countdown to collect money for the Red Cross it was a good feeling collecting for such a worthwhile cause and thanks to everyone who supports such a wonderful charity.  Sue
