I enjoy pottery,there are lots of things to make and jobs to do.Here I am sponging lots of pots ready to take to the Kiln at Bethlehem.

Girls Group

I really enjoy girls group, having my nails painted and my hair done, having hand massages and just been pampered.

Tauranga art gallery

I had an awesome time at the Tauranga art gallery. I looked at a cool garden art exhibition, I sat in some cool arm chairs and soaked in the surroundings. I enjoyed the fine art paintings too. It was really inspiring! 

An afternoons pampering.....

I liked getting pampered. I had a hand massage and my nails painted a beautiful bronze colour to match my hair. I also had my hair brushed it felt great!! I enjoyed it ALOT.....

Weaving

I came up with a great idea to add weaving into my sessions. I have done cane weaving a wile ago and thought it would be a fast and easy way to add to the knitting on our yarn bombing tree. We found some wood and added nails to make a weaving board. I added wool, flax fabric and string. I have shared my ideas with my friends and now everyone is using weave boards too. What a great idea! 

Back to work 2017

Here I am busy planning new ideas for my pottery projects.I would like to make a white clay vase like an Angel.Its great to be back at Arohanui with all my friends,I had a nice Christmas break too.
