Rhubarb, rhubarb, rhubarb

I was so excited to cook some rhubarb and apple together this week. I really like making my own portions and this is one of my favourites. I can't wait to take it home and eat it for breakfast.  I helped to peel all the rest of the apples using the peeler corer machine and freeze the apples for another recipe.
